A different kind of music festival

International Gluck-Opera-Festival

Every other year the International Gluck-Opera-Festival takes place in Nuremberg and the surroundings.

The aim of the festival is the presentation of the artistic and cultural visions of Christoph Willibald Gluck through operas, concerts, projects, symposia and discussion meetings. At special locations around the metropolitan area of Nuremberg and the cities Furth and Bayreuth, you can expect international artists of the classical and jazz music as well as a great symposia.
